Regarding the adjourned EGM that will now reconvene at 7pm on Thursday the 4th of July. The information requested to be presented to the membership is now available to be viewed on the main notice board at the clubhouse.
A copy of the information is also available in a file which can be requested from the bar staff for perusal at your leisure. Please though do not take the file from the clubhouse.

It is vital members familiarise themselves with this document as NO further questions or motions will be taken on the night unless requested in writing to the Honoray Secretary by 7pm on Wednesday the 3rd of July.
